Join us for the 2025 USA Pauline Cooperator Retreat

Welcome! Blessed James Alberione, Founder of the Pauline Family encouraged us to make annual spiritual exercises (three, five, eight or thirty days) in order to "exercise oneself in acts of faith, love and prayer. The purpose of the spiritual exercises is to prepare oneself and be united with God in order to live a holier life and attain the joy of heaven." (Prayers of the Pauline Family, p. 199). When we make the spiritual exercises, we intentionally make more space for Christ to live in us.

This Pauline retreat is aimed at deepening one's knowledge and experience of our Pauline spirituality, growth in community and renewal of one's desire to seek holiness. This retreat is available to Pauline Cooperators, those in formation, in discernment as well as other members of the Pauline Family.

What does it mean for Christ to live in us? How do we let Christ live in us? Blessed Alberione breaks open this process of 'Christification.' This retreat will begin to unpack the Pauline gift that Blessed Alberione received to help us grow in the way of holiness as Paulines and become the saints that the Lord created us to be.

Retreat Director:

Fr. Miguel Ángel Muñoz, SSP

Fr MIguel is a priest of the Society of Saint Paul in the USA-Mexico-Cuba Province. He has offered several of the retreats on Pauline spirituality to the Daughters of St Paul in the USAESC Province. He is currently the local superior of the Society of Saint Paul monastery in Canfield, OH.

Travel Information:

The Cenacle on the Lake Retreat Center is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Transportation to and from the airport will be provided. Please contact Sr Jackie Jean-Marie.
